TOPSY TURVY BIOLOGICAL CLOCK
There's something seriously wrong with my sleeping patterns. For the past week, I've been sleeping at 4 a.m, getting up at 9 a.m, going back to sleep again at 11 a.m and getting back up again at 1p.m. RaR! This is no good. I need to revert it back to normal real soon.
Early to bed, early to rise will make me healthy, wealthy and wise. (Sounds pretty much like a propaganda slogan to me.)
I digress with a random thought. 5 tablespoons of oats with 2 tablespoons of milk powder and 1 teaspoon of sugar is very yummy. Better still to top it with strawberries and whipped cream on top of the strawberries. =D
